Visas

Our firm is knowledgeable in the process that grants immigrant visas. This process may involve using a qualifying family member or a petitioning employer.  An immigrant visa is evidence of lawful permanent resident status, which gives the individual the right to reside and work in the United States permanently. The final interview phase may take place at a local immigration office or at a Consular post abroad.

Deportation defense

Our firm has the expertise to defend your deportation before the Immigration Courts, Federal District Courts, the Board of Immigration Appeals (B.I.A.), and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.  It is extremely important to have competent representation because the actions of the immigration courts can lead to deportation and or permanent removal of individuals, the rescission of lawful permanent resident status or the granting of lawful residence or U.S. Citizenship.
